Description
Brân (Cymraeg for Crow!) were certainly one of the most enigmatic Welsh Progressive Rock bands of the 1970’s. Little is known about them outside their own country where, in contrast, they were very established and well respected.
Rise Above Relics has spent several painstaking years collating as much information and memorabilia as we possibly could, in order to bring you this definitive collection. A Box Of Brân brings together all of the bands commercially released output, namely their three studio albums for Sain Records: Ali Ddechra (1975), Hedfan (1976) and Gwrach y Nos (1978). Also included is their debut, self-titled EP from 1974 and the very rare Yr Atgyfodiad (pre-Brân) EP, also from 1974. The box contains x3CD mini LP replica’s, with 40-page booklet, featuring detailed sleevenotes by David Wells and many unseen photos from the band members personal archives.
