The Circle and the Blue Door released in April 2013 coincided with their slot as special guest to Uncle Acid & the Deadbeats at their debut sold out London show. Leaning on a Bear is the first single to be taken from the aforementioned album and features an exclusive non-album B side.
Prior to the release of their debut album, enigmatic London based Purson had worked hard on their unique blend of psychedelic, folk and progressive rock music, the result of which is simply stunning and unique. Fronted by Rosie Cunningham, Purson are a breath of fresh air in a generally repetitive rock scene starved of new ideas.
