Scott Hepple And The Sun Band are a brand new signing to Rise Above Records. Smoke and Frown is their debut 45 for the label, to be released on August 23rd. They will be recording their debut album for us toward the end of the year, so stay tuned. Influences range from Neil Young, to Sabbath, to the Groundhogs and beyond.
